*Back on the market for 2026!! This condo was owner occupied for the past year+ but now is freshly painted and ready to go for the spring of 2026. We are premier host for many other listings but due to the fact that this listing was idle it is not showing for this unit. But you can trust that you will have a wonderful hosts and a beautiful condo to use during your vacation!

This is a 3rd floor unit only steps away from parking. You are only 100 yards to the beach or pool.
The Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort offers onsite Tennis Courts & Pro-Shop, along with Jamaica Joe'z Poolside Bar & Grill, Gators Pizza & Wings, CocoNutz Sports Bar with fantastic Large Screens to catch all the action, Playground, Catch-and-Release pond, Bike Rentals onsite. Just down the road from the resort (about 1/4 mile) you will find Adventure Cove Miniature Golf & Arcade!

Katie’s place was so beautiful. It was small but perfect for us. 6 people could have stayed comfortably. It’s the perfect location; right on the beach. The pool is so nice and there’s a bar & grill right next to it. I can’t say enough great things about this property. There was no dish soap to wash dishes in the sink, but they did leave you with pods to use the dishwasher. Overall such a great stay and we can’t wait to come back.

5 minute walk to the beach, their own bar and restaurant, a great pool and much more.
The Villa was clean and comfy with everything you need. Close to all the shopping and other restaurants.

If looking to visit Hilton Head on budget good place to be at. Good view from balcony. Very nice grounds and safe. Great pool area. Easy check in. Accommodations were not luxurious but adequate and cozy. What we needed for 2 people.

The property wasn't bad, but the half info was irritating. The laundry room was tolerable however, being required to purchase a card that can only be used in your laundry is a rip off. Buying a card is ridiculous, but to be required to put a minimum on the card, then not being able to use it anywhere else is one reason I'll stay away from vrbo rentals.
I wouldn't stay at this resort again and i will be careful booking anything on vrbo.
Arbnb has served me much better.
