Large house of 150 m2 with a wooded plot of 1,200 m2 in a quiet and spacious housing development 4.5 km from the beaches of Contis. A cycle path 200m from the house takes you on one side to the village of Saint-Julien-en-Born and on the other to the beaches of Contis. Free shuttle bus 200 m from the house.
Accommodation:
The accommodations are very well equipped inside (full equipment: toaster, kettle, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, fireplace...) as well as outside (petanque court, barbecue, garden furniture...).
The house has 2 bathrooms and 2 separate toilets.
There are 2 well-defined spaces: a space on the first floor with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 toilet and a space on the 1st floor with the same services.
General information about the district:
Very quiet housing development, close to the forest and 4km from the ocean accessible directly by the cycle path.
Many activities are offered around: surfing, canoeing, tree climbing, bike rental...
If you like to walk or hike, many routes through the beautiful Landes forest are accessible for all levels.
And the cycle path can of course take you to the beaches and even to Arcachon for the more sporty!
