Recently remodeled with modern updates, it features an open-concept bedroom with a comfortable king bed—ideal for a couples' retreat—plus a sleeper sofa in the living area for extra guests (sleeps 4 ).
A nearby elevator makes access easy, eliminating stairs and simplifying loading/unloading luggage or groceries.
Location: a beachfront resort property with direct beach access (200 yards to the sand, 150 yards to the resort’s large pool).

*Towels are provided for your stay. There are 2 sets in the Bedroom, and 1 set in a plastic bag in the bedroom closet. Each set consists of 2 Bath Towels, 1 Hand Towel and 1 Wash Cloth. The Sleeper Sofa Set consists of 1 set of sheets w/ 2 pillow cases, 2 Bath Towels, 1 Hand Towel & 1 Wash Cloth. There is no towel or linen service being delivered each day. This is your amount for your stay. No Beach Towels.

-Rental guests must be 21 years of age or older, or have an adult present in the villa for the duration of the rental period.
-Security Gate and onsite presence 24/7.
