Maximum parking at the property is 8 vehicles total. Parking is located at the rear of the home and includes two garages (each fitting two vehicles) plus driveway parking for up to four vehicles. Street parking is not permitted per City of Big Bear Lake ordinance.

𝗢𝗰𝗰𝘂𝗽𝗮𝗻𝗰𝘆
Per City of Big Bear Lake regulations, this home is approved for a maximum of 20 adults. Additional occupancy beyond 20 adults—up to a total of 28 guests—must be children under the age of 18. Over-occupancy is not permitted.
