Welcome to Good Tides, a spacious and meticulously maintained 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home located just a few blocks from the serene Delaware Bay. Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, smart TVs with Hulu and Wi-Fi, and a large fenced backyard. Linens, bath towels, and beach towels.
The Space:
Our home features two first-floor bedrooms with king-size beds and two full bathrooms. The living room, family room, and laundry facilities are also on this level. Upstairs, you'll find two additional bedrooms with queen-size beds and another full bathroom. The large fenced backyard includes a gas grill, picnic table, and a spacious deck with seating—perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation.
An outdoor shower is available for rinsing off after a day at the beach.
The driveway accommodates two off-street parking spaces.

The Neighborhood:
Located in Del Haven, NJ, our home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood just 15 minutes north of historic Cape May. Enjoy nearby beaches, charming shops, and excellent dining options. The area is perfect for biking along the bay or exploring local attractions.
Getting Around:
DelHaven is 15 minutes north of Cape May, NJ.
Take 55 South to 47 South or the Garden State Parkway South.
A car is recommended for exploring the area. Off-street parking is available in our driveway for two vehicles.
Other Things to Note:
Please note that while the beaches are ideal for kayaking, walking, fishing, or watching the sun set, this beach is not ideal for swimming because of how shallow the bay is. There is also a 5 foot tide that causes the water to recede and reveal tidal pools. The horseshoe crab migration leaves many horseshoe crabs on the beach, which is left natural by the local government. There will be crab shells on the beach.
We provide linens, bath towels, beach towels, and four beach tags for Cape May beaches.
-Please respect our check-in time of 3:00 PM and check-out time of 10:00 AM.
-The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook meals plus we have a gas grill outside to enjoy a bbq.
-Picnic table plus patio furniture to sit and relax.
-Outside shower to rinse off after a day at the beach.
-Fenced-in yard for everyone to enjoy.
-Quiet neighborhood and off street parking in our driveway.
-Bring your bikes along. You can ride along the bay or ride through Historic Cape May.
-Cape May is just 15 minutes away and has beautiful beaches, great shops and amazing restaurants!
-Wildwood is also just 15 minutes away and has a boardwalk with plenty of amusement rides, water parks, gift shops, pizza and ice cream.
-Atlantic City has casinos and is about 1 hour away.
-Our area has lots to see and do for all ages!
-The primary renter must be 25 years or older and present for the duration of the stay.
-To finalize your booking, we require a signed rental agreement. This helps ensure clear communication and a smooth stay. We'll send it digitally after booking for your review and e-signature.
