The space: A fresh, bright, and comfy 2-bedroom, 2-bath townhome in a quiet and safe Decatur neighborhood, ideal for business travelers, small families, or long-term guests. Main Level: an open-concept living room with a cozy sofa bed, stylish accent seating, and a Smart TV; a dining area with a table and 4 chairs flowing into a fully equipped kitchen; a convenient half bath and in-unit laundry; a private patio with access to the peaceful community garden space. Upstairs: Primary Bedroom with a king bed, plush linens, Smart TV, large dresser and closet space, and a private balcony with rattan chairs. Second Bedroom with two twin beds (can combine into a king), Smart TV, spacious closet, and work desk. A full upgraded bathroom upstairs includes premium essentials and fresh towels. Included amenities: hotel-quality linens & blackout curtains, complimentary coffee, bottled water & toiletries, high-speed WiFi, in-unit washer & dryer, smart TVs in every room. Other things to note: Check-in is at 3PM, check-out at 10AM (early check-in/late check-out available on request for a fee; unauthorized late check-outs incur a $75 fee). High-speed WiFi throughout. Quiet hours are 11PM-7AM; parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited. No smoking anywhere on the property. No pets allowed unless approved in advance; a non-refundable $85 per pet fee applies if approved. Free parking for up to 2 vehicles.
