    Good, but not sufficient parking place, anyway brand new hotel, can stay for 2 to 3 days, staff was helpful especially receptionist

    I had a mixed experience during my stay. The check-in process was quick and smooth, even though I arrived early in the morning. The staff were accommodating and allowed me to check in early for an additional fee, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the room wasn't properly prepared. The bathroom was dirty, and the bed linen appeared to have been used by the previous guests. I reported this to the reception and was informed that housekeeping would arrive at 8 AM; however, no one came. The room also lacked basic amenities such as drinking water, which I expected to be provided without having to ask. The Wi-Fi wasn't working initially either, making it difficult for me to complete some work. That said, the lady at the reception was helpful. She arranged for the room to be cleaned and got the internet issue resolved promptly, which improved the experience. For the price, the room itself was decent. I had booked one with a balcony, which was a nice addition. However, the hotel is located very close to the main road, so there was a considerable amount of traffic noise. If you're looking for a quiet stay, this may not be the best option. Overall, it was a reasonable budget stay, but there are definitely areas where the hotel could improve.
