    I am highly disappointed with my experience at this hotel. Despite making several requests, the hotel staff refused to allot our rooms at 10:00 AM. After waiting in the hotel lobby since approximately 7:45 AM, only one room was provided at around 9:30 AM. Even after repeated follow-ups, the second room was still not allotted by 10:25 AM. After waiting for nearly two and a half hours and receiving no clear response, I raised my concerns at the reception. At that point, several hotel officials gathered and asked for the identification documents of all family members. I immediately showed the Aadhaar cards and requested that the room be allotted first. Eventually, the second room was provided, but it had a very small and outdated washroom. By then, our family had no practical option but to accept the room after such a long wait. My recommendation to fellow travelers is to be cautious and not rely solely on verbal assurances given during the booking process, as my experience did not match the promises made. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel and would advise travelers to consider other options.

    ✨ A stay that felt as relaxing as the sound of the waves. 🌊 Had a wonderful experience at Sea Valley Beach Front. The rooms were comfortable, the ambience was peaceful, and the food was genuinely delicious. What truly made the stay memorable was the warm and courteous staff, who ensured everything was taken care of with a smile. A perfect place to unwind by the sea. Looking forward to visiting again! 💙

    Poor services, rooms are small and not clean. I booked for seaview but they assigned balcony view where you can only see sea in small corner. Reception staff are not friendly, they are rude and unprofessional
