Quiet hours are designated between 9:00 pm and 8:00 am and will be strictly enforced.
We also ask that you sign our stay agreement.

We rented this cabin with two families for skiing in Heavenly. The cabin had ample space, a cozy interior, great secluded location and view of the lake, about 10 min. north of Stateline. We enjoyed the well equipped kitchen, very luxurious two main bedrooms and bathrooms. The kids enjoyed the table tennis in the basement. Very nice hot tub on the deck, and gas grill outside. Only 10 min. to Stateline, and 20 min. to either Stagecoach or California Lodge. Definitely a place to want to come back to.

The property was phenomenal! Check in process was very easy. The house situates on top so you get a great view of the lake. It’s also close to the town, about 10 mins of drive. Will definitely stay again in the future.

First of all our initial stay was changed due to the house we booked being sold. The management company actually did a great job setting us up with another option. The issues came while we were at the house. Getting there was fine, we were able to get into the house without issue. There was no information or booklet though welcoming us. didn't have proper remotes for the TV, no wifi code & then no cell phone service. Then our refrigerator was broken and would not cool down. We Called regarding the fridge and had to leave a message & we received 0 communication from them and then without warning a man comes to the house, uses the key and lets himself in while we had a guest (female) inside sleeping. Turns out the fridge was a known problem - not sure why they didn't check it before we arrived or perhaps, buy a new fridge. We also had people show up in the back yard to do landscaping while we were home - thankfully no one was using the hot tub back there. All calls and emails went unanswered until after our stay. I asked repeatedly for a link to leave a review and was completely ignored. House is hot as hell - no AC and only a couple of fans in the house. One of the gals saw a mouse and there was loads of bugs inside.
