La Jolie Tiny sous les Grands Arbres is a small eco-friendly house all in air-conditioned wood, installed in the bottom of the meadow of the small miniature horses and sheep, it is isolated so that you feel soothed, and rested, without any opposite,
Ideally located: at the entrance of the city of Cholet, 2kms from the shops restaurants but in the countryside, with heated swimming pool, horses, donkeys, pond and forest! In summer a small guinguette to have a drink and play games and meet people! PGJyPg
LA TINY: it is accessed by a pretty wooden terrace. In the living room, there is a lounge area with sofa bed for 2 in 140 beds, above a suspended net for relaxation or reading with the small windows that let us discover the tops of the trees.
The kitchen is very well equipped, a nice bathroom offers you, shower, small sink and dry toilet,
the retractable stairs are also small storage, and allow you to access the mezzanine with a large bed 160,
We chose very mild weather, linen, white cerused wood, and small garlands and wrought iron light fixtures, a lot of charm in this little wooden house!
It is good in the tiny in all seasons, air-conditioned in summer you are cool if you wish, and in winter the underfloor heating gives it a soft and pleasant warmth for the coldest days!

The 2 large oaks over 250 years old, are a bit like the leaders of the place, birds, squirrels like to come and land there... On the edge of the small stream the large alders that border the tiny are gigantic, feet in the water, they offer a natural vault to settle in the shade in peace, it's very pleasant.

2 kms from shops and restaurants in Cholet in the countryside, on a beautiful property of 3 hectares, with heated swimming pool of 3.5 m by 9m, very beautiful stone buildings renovated with a lot of charm, pond of 35 hectares and national forest, playground, small horses, donkeys and sheep as friends, beautiful guinguette open on sunny days at the entrance of the property: we have everything we need around us!

You can visit our beautiful region of the Pays de Loire: Loire Valley castles, vineyards, Puy du Fou, Maulevrier Oriental Park, Vendée coast, the cities of Angers, Nantes Saumur and all that they offer just 2 steps away! We are really in a region rich in discoveries!
