Bears Crossing is an escape to an upscale home on 10-acres of woodland. 4 bedrooms / 3 baths, with new furnishings – everything, from mattresses to major furniture and a fully equipped kitchen, is NEW.
Just 20 minutes from Cannon Mountain and Bretton Woods, and 5 minutes from Forest Lake and Forest Lake State Park.
It’s the perfect retreat for skiers, hikers, and nature lovers.
The space
Main Floor: Open-concept living area with large windows, a cozy sitting area, and plenty of seating for dinnertime.
Bedroom 1: Primary suite is a true retreat with king-sized bed and private ensuite with luxurious soaking tub and a separate tiled shower. (Bedroom 4 is nested here).
Bedroom 2: Comfortable overnights for more guests with a second bedroom that also has a king-sized bed and features a reading nook.
Bedroom 3: A third bedroom serves double duty as media space for movie nights and room to sleep 4.
Bedroom 4: Fourth bedroom sleeps 2 more in bunk beds.
Other: Additional flexible loft space with convertible bedding for 2.
The home is built for comfort year-round with mini-split systems and full-house heating. It sleeps 10-12 comfortably.

Please refrain from using the wood stove in the living room and attempting to access the basement and locked kitchen cabinet for owner storage.
