The apartment is designed for two guests and features a cozy double bedroom, a modern bathroom with a shower, and an open-plan living and kitchen area with a sleek, contemporary design. The loft-style layout with sloped ceilings adds character and warmth to the entire space.
The apartment is fully equipped to ensure a comfortable stay, including air conditioning and heating, a Smart TV, and a Dolce Gusto coffee machine. In the living area, there is a small work desk with an external monitor, making it suitable for remote work or business stays.
The accommodations are equipped with:
- Two towels per guest
- Cleaning kit
- Complimentary coffee - Dolce Gusto coffee machine
- Toilet paper rolls: 2
- Kitchen paper roll
- The bedroom has a glass door with a curtain that lets in natural light while ensuring privacy when needed.
- The entire apartment is loft-style with sloped ceilings, which may result in lower ceiling heights in some areas.
- For the comfort of all guests and neighbors, the apartment is equipped with a noise level monitoring device.
Additional guest after check-in: 60€/day.
The apartment must be left clean; otherwise, an additional cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.
Pets are not allowed. Failure to comply with this rule may result in a penalty of €150.
No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.
Smoking is not permitted. This will result in a fine of 150 euros.
The noise levels and sleeping hours of neighboring residents must be respected.
Failure to comply with the rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.
It is mandatory to complete the guest registration form as required by Spanish accommodation authorities, providing the information from your DNI or passport via the link we will send you.
Damage to the following items will incur the following charges:
10 € for small towels
20 € for large towels
10 € for sheets
30 € for a duvet cover
Damage to or breakage of the lock on the entrance door to the accommodation will result in a penalty of 700 euros.
The loss or failurereturn of any key or remote control for the accommodation or garage will incur a charge of 60 euros.
Any damage occurring during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded deposit.
The cleaning or maintenance team will always enter the property if any unforeseen events occur that they can resolve.
We are not responsible for any personal belongings left in the accommodations.
