Welcome to La Brise Vendéenne, a comfortable house located in Saint-Hilaire-de-Riez, just 2 km from the 5 Pineaux beach, perfect for fully enjoying the sea, nature and the many activities in the region.
This 56 m² house, designed to accommodate up to 6 people, appeals with its friendly atmosphere, beautiful spaces, and large enclosed garden.
From the entrance, you discover a large, bright living room consisting of a modern living room equipped with a television and a decorative fireplace (non-functional) that brings a particularly cozy atmosphere.
The adjoining dining room offers a large table ideal for sharing your meals in a convivial atmosphere.
The open kitchen, fully equipped, has induction cooktops and everything you need to cook like at home. Its small porthole-style window like a mini-bar allows you to create a very pleasant aperitif area between the kitchen and the living space.
Night side:
- Bedroom 1: double bed 160 x 200
- Bedroom 2: double bed 140 x 190 + bunk beds (2 x 90 x 190)
You also have a bathroom with a bathtub and bidet, as well as separate toilets for added comfort.
The house benefits from a large enclosed garden, perfect for enjoying beautiful days, letting children play safely or organizing outdoor meals.
A garage is made available (not suitable for vehicle parking), containing useful equipment, in particular a barbecue.
