Enjoy a bright and spacious 122 m² two-level penthouse located in the newly built Estrella Garden Condos residence in Dominicus.
Designed for comfort and privacy, the apartment features a master bedroom on the lower level with a king-size bed and a private en-suite bathroom. Upstairs, the open mezzanine offers a second king-size bed with easy access to the second full bathroom.
The penthouse includes two private terraces, two modern bathrooms, a bright living area, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for a comfortable stay.
The living room sofa converts into a comfortable sofa bed, allowing the apartment to accommodate up to 6 guests.
Guests can enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of the residence and relax by the shared swimming pool, while the beautiful public beach is only about a 10-minute walk away.
Electricity
Your stay includes a standard daily electricity allowance of 20 kWh per day for this apartment.
Please use air conditioning and other electrical appliances responsibly and switch them off whenever you leave the apartment.
Electricity usage is checked on the day of departure. If the daily allowance is exceeded, the additional consumption will be charged according to the current local electricity tariff.
Upon request, we are happy to provide proof of the electricity meter reading.
Complex Expansion
The complex is currently undergoing an expansion.
All swimming pools, common areas, and guest amenities remain fully available.
Construction work takes place daily between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, so some temporary construction noise may be heard during these hours.
To reflect this temporary inconvenience, the accommodation price has already been adjusted accordingly.

This place was absolutely beautiful from the condo itself to the pools with palm trees surrounding the entire area. So peaceful. The location was great. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and mini markets. This location was also very close to Bayahibe which you can take a catamaran to Saona Island which is an absolute must do while visiting Dominican Republic. Very happy with our stay and our host Karolina
