    Room, washroom, dustbin etc., everything was very poor. No cleanliness, washroom doors were rotten, there’s no water given in the rooms. They’ll ask for cash upfront. Their online booking system doesn’t work properly, at the time of check in and checkout both they asked for customer’s device to confirm the online booking. Overall bad hotel!

    Excellent hotel, spacious, neat and clean rooms (I can say that fir the room I got), value for money, very close to the main railway station in Charbagh. The hotel staff are quite courteous and professional.
