Located on the first floor of a house in the characteristic Borgo Verginate, this two-room apartment offers a beautiful panoramic view of Lake Como and an authentic atmosphere, far from mass tourism. The village, accessible via a mountain road, is small and quiet, perfect for those looking for relaxation and nature, while remaining close to Bellano and Varenna. The location along the Wanderer's Trail also makes it ideal for hikers.
The apartment consists of a living area with fully equipped open kitchen, sofa bed and direct access to a panoramic balcony with outdoor table, perfect for having breakfast while admiring the lake. The bedroom has a double bed, and the bathroom has a shower. Every detail is designed to provide a comfortable and relaxing stay.
Guests have a dedicated outdoor area with a dining table and barbecue, as well as a private parking space, a great advantage considering the location. Bellano can be reached in a few minutes by car, while on foot you can reach it in about 40 minutes. From the village it is possible to explore Lake Como by train or boat. An ideal solution for couples or small groups who love tranquility, views and mountain walks.
