Exclusive villa with swimming pool and 5000 m2 garden, just 100 meters from the characteristic square of Terrasini, right in the centre. Close to all services: restaurants, supermarkets, bars, shops. Private parking inside the building. Just 250 meters away is the suggestive beach of La Praiola with the magnificent Faraglioni and a 5 minute drive takes you to Cala Rossa and Magaggiari beach. Terrasini is a few km from Punta Raisi airport.
The property is accessed via a driveway with an automatic gate. At disposal the use of the garden and the swimming pool.
Cleaning costs ( 50) must be paid separately upon arrival at the property.
The house consists of a kitchen with counter and stools, a living room with dining table, 2 seater sofa bed and TV and 3 bedrooms with 6 beds (2 double beds and a bunk bed). There are two bathrooms with shower, one of which belongs exclusively to one of the two double bedrooms. All three bedrooms have direct access to the garden. The kitchen also leads to the garden and you can dine at the outdoor table, overlooking the pool. The swimming pool has the characteristic bean shape, with steps for access, on one side the height is 1.60 m and on the other 2 m and could be shared with the owner in the months of June and July. Available outdoor shower, sunbeds and hammock.
