Nice apartment in the Royal Gardens development. Very large terrace with a BBQ, large gardens, a swimming pool, and two terraces with beautiful views. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, separate kitchen, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, fully equipped
The apartment is fully equipped with kitchen utensils, small appliances, a washing machine, a dishwasher, and two refrigerators—one in the kitchen and one on the terrace. You’ll find 3 sun loungers for the balcony and two sun loungers with an umbrella to take to the beach. The apartment features air conditioning for both cooling and heating. Electric shutters in the master bedroom and living room. 65" LCD TV and Hi-Fi system.
In the area, you’ll find the best golf courses, the beaches of Banús, Mercadona, Opencor, El Corte Inglés Costa Marbella (in my opinion, the best in Spain), and right next to the house, the Centro Plaza with coffee shops, banks, and a supermarket. Right next to the bullring, every Saturday there’s a street market (El Mercadillo)—it’s very lively and features all kinds of vendors. There are many restaurants and tapas bars near the house. San Pedro de Alcántara is just a five-minute drive away, with its wide variety of shops and restaurants.
The best part is that the apartment is on the 4th floor of a complex situated on a hillside, so the views of the coast, Puerto Banús, and San Pedro de Alcántara from both terraces are spectacular. The apartment is very spacious and airy.
