The outdoor spaces are the real strong point: a patio equipped with sofas and table for outdoor dining, a 600 sqm private garden with pool and relaxation area with sun loungers, umbrellas and sofas, whirlpool, outdoor dining area, barbecue and wood oven. And again, a soccer field (for 5), tennis court and a beautiful citrus grove.
The private pool is open from 1 May to 1 November.
The villa is located in the Lecce countryside, halfway between the baroque city and the beaches of San Cataldo on the Adriatic (Villaggio del Sole). The center of Lecce is 7 km away, while San Cataldo is 4 km away.
