Spacious 4BR, 2.5BA home in a well-maintained Augusta neighborhood with a view of the pond just 4 miles from Augusta National Golf Club. Recently remodeled with a relaxing interior, two living rooms, large kitchen, and dining room—ideal for Masters Tournament guests. Enjoy pond views, TVs in every bedroom and living room, and plenty of space to relax after a day at the course.
No smoking, vaping or illicit drug use anywhere on property.
Well behaved pets are allowed in the home without additional fee. Please clean up after them and do not leave them unsupervised in the home for long periods of time. Pets are not allowed on furniture, bedding, or rugs. If pet hair is on furniture, rugs or linens or pet droppings are left in yard when housekeeping arrives, extra cleaning costs are passed on to the guest.
