About this apartment rental
High above Brisbane’s river bend, where city lights meet the shimmer of water, our home rests within the new Star precinct — a place of elegance, play, and endless horizons.
From sunrise to nightfall, the view is alive: ferries gliding below, bridges arching across the water, and the skyline unfolding before you. Step inside and you’ll find a sanctuary designed for ease — soft bedding, modern finishes, and everything you need to unwind between adventures.
Guest Verification & Security Deposit
Since we don’t have a front desk or on-site staff, we rely on a simple system to help care for the home and keep things running smoothly for everyone.
Guest is required to complete a pre-check in form upon reservation confirmation, in the form we kindly ask for:
➤ A quick photo ID verification before arrival
➤ A $300.00 refundable damage deposit, returned within 3 days of checkout—as long as everything’s left in good shape (which it usually is!).
It’s just our way of making sure the space stays lovely and ready for the next guest. Thanks so much for understanding!
Pet-Friendly (By Request)
We’re happy to welcome your furry friends—just send us a quick message before booking to get approval.
➤ $170.00 pet fee per pet, per stay
➤ Pets must be house-trained, kept off furniture unless covered, and not left alone for long
➤ Please clean up after your pet inside and out
We provide 1 apartment key, 1 key card by default. If you would like a second set of key, a $200 security deposit may be requested to cover any lost keys or access passes. This is also refundable post check-out if all is in order.
Check-in from 3PM | Check-out by 10AM
Early check-in and late check-out are available by request—please message us ahead of time and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
Sofa Bed Usage
We’re happy to offer a sofa bed for extra guests upon request to ensure your stay is comfortable and suits your needs.
How It Works:
• The sofa bed is available by request only. Please let us know at least 24 hours before check-in if you would like it set up.
• There is a $55 per stay setup and linen fee, covering professional linen, towels, and the additional cleaning required after use.
Parking Information
Our apartment does not have a dedicated parking
We can offer on-site parking for guests, but:
Advance notice is required (at least 1 day before check-in).
Parking is subject to availability.
Charges may apply depending on the length of stay. Enquire for more information
For guests without on-site parking, The Star Casino car park is also available with the following rates:
30 mins–1 hr: $30
1–2 hrs: $40
2–3 hrs: $50
3–4 hrs: $60
4–5 hrs: $70
5+ hrs / daily max: $80 (resets at 6:00 am)
