LIVING ROOM: 2-person sofa bed and dining table with 4 chairs; KITCHENETTE: ceramic cooktop and refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, and washing machine. BEDROOM: Double bed (1.60 m x 2 m, accessible from one side only), wardrobe, dresser, and TV. BATHROOM: Shower with toilet; quite small but very nice. Living area has laminate flooring, and the hallway is tiled. Very cozy furnishings. Small east-facing balcony with 2 chairs and a table, offering a sea view (slightly obstructed by a roof). A parking space on Hafenstraße (behind Boetius, with a gate) is available; bicycles can be stored under cover in the courtyard.
TV in the living room and bedroom with cable connection and Telekom Entertain receiver.
Dogs allowed upon request and for a fee, but not large dogs.
