Guests can enjoy four beautiful pools, including one with a swim-up bar that adds a social and refreshing element to the experience. A fully equipped gym, green terraces, lounge areas, and a peaceful zen garden complete a property designed for rest, wellness, and connection with nature.

Getting Around:
The beach is about 15 minutes away by bike or car. The neighborhood is well connected to supermarkets, the hotel zone, cenotes, and dining options. Most visitors get around by bicycle, scooter, or taxi, making transportation straightforward and enjoyable.

Children aged 2 and above are permitted. Maximum 6 guests. Pets are not permitted. Parties and events are not permitted. Commercial photography is not permitted. Smoking is not permitted. Additional rules: *Please help us save energy by using the AC wisely and keeping the temperature maximum at 23°C and turning off the AC and lights when you leave the property. **In case the guest cancels, please note that if a refund is applicable, Payment Processing Fees are non-refundable.
