This stylish retreat not only provides a TV, A/C, and a clean room for your convenience but also includes the added feature of a safe, ensuring your peace of mind during your stay. The Space:
When entering the property, we check the electricity meter with our guest. We do the same operation the last day to calculate the real consumption during their stay.The electricity for your stay is included in your reservation. We provide a generous daily electricity allowance, which is intended for the use of the air conditioning units.
The property is equipped with a separate electricity meter that measures only the air conditioning consumption, allowing you to monitor your usage throughout your stay.
A $20 refundable security deposit is required at check-in. This deposit is only used in the event that your air conditioning consumption exceeds the included allowance. If your usage remains within the included limit, the full $20 deposit will be refunded at check-out.
The included allowance is designed to be sufficient for normal use, including running the air conditioning throughout the night. If the included allowance is exceeded, only the additional kilowatt-hours consumed will be charged.
The Neighborhood:
Sosúa’s main strip, Pedro Clisante Street, closes off to traffic after dusk and is the hub of nightlife in this beach town. Bars, lounges, and nightclubs lining the street continue on late into the night. Live music is usually on the menu at least once a week, including variations of rock and blues at a number of expat-owned establishments.
Getting Around:
Conveniently located between Pedro Clisante (main strip) and Dr. Alejo Martinez (with restaurants such as Captain Bailee, Margot, Bologna, etc.), our condo is a perfect vacation spot for solo traveler or couples looking to have fun in Downtown Sosua, walking distance to almost every point of interest.
