Wake up to soft natural light filling the room and enjoy a peaceful morning in your full kitchen, perfect for preparing breakfast before exploring the coastline. Fully stocked with all cooking supplies and utensils. Full size refrigerator, stove top( only stove in the Lodge), coffee maker, dish washer, toaster, etc.
There is a cozy queen sized bed and a queen sized pull out sofa bed with all linens you need for a good night sleep.
Just steps outside, wander down to the 700-foot dock stretching into the beautiful Sheepscot River, or enjoy access to 3,000 feet of shared waterfront—plenty of room to breathe, wander, and reconnect with nature. Free Kayak and canoe rentals are available on-site, offering the perfect way to explore the island by water.

This very neat and well appointed property is ideally situated for exploring Booth Bay Harbor and beyond. The owner was wonderful to communicate and the room was very pretty with lovely linens and pillows, lite touches of Maine throughout. Made us feel like we were on a vacation. The property is adjacent to the Waters Edge Reataurant which was wonderful since after a long day of driving and exploring, we just wanted to be home and relax. Great food and wonderful service. We brought our mini Aussie who loves to swim when it is hot. We found the best places to take him were at Knickerbocker Lake which the VRBO recommended. We also discovered Hendricks Beach which was a godsend with its nice shoreline and swim area that is shallow enough to play ball while also allowing for a swim. Other dogs came and went and there were no issues. It was really chill. The property itself is situated in a small resort community which is quiet and allows for short walks. The pier is long and meandering and is a wonderful spot to cool off or sit nearby and read a book. Altogether a very hospitable property and owners who strive to make it comfortable and welcoming to visitors. Enjoy! Good value.
