• Welcome to Vitamin Sea! From the moment you arrive, you’ll feel right at home. Located on a corner lot, you’ll love the privacy this home offers. For your convenience, you’ll have parking available in both the driveway and the garage throughout your stay.

• Step inside Vitamin Sea and get ready to be 'wowed' by the warm and welcoming living space. Sink into the ultra-cozy oversized plush sectional and enjoy a movie night on the large Roku-enabled TV - naps are practically guaranteed! The living room also features charming decorative shelving and a beautiful piano for our music lovers to enjoy. The living area also includes two reading chairs next to a fireplace, perfect for cozy evenings in.

• Just off the living area, you’ll find the bright and inviting dining space with seating for four. On the other side of the kitchen, guests can enjoy a second dining table with seating for four. Our breakfast bar also includes seating for three. We've stocked this kitchen with full appliances, dishes, bake ware, pots & pans, silverware, utensils, crockpot, blender, and a traditional coffee maker & Keurig! If you plan to cook during your trip, we encourage you to bring along any spices, condiments, & oils you may need as we do not provide any perishable or non-perishable items.

• We have an easy to use high chair, pack and play, and kids dishes for our little travelers as well.

• The laundry room includes a full-sized washer and dryer, and is located in the hallway connecting Bedroom 3 and the garage.



>> Bedrooms & Bathrooms
• Directly to the left upon entering Vitamin Sea, you’ll find Bedroom 1, a bright Queen bedroom featuring a Roku-enabled TV, dresser space, and plenty of natural light to start your day. Please note: the closet in this bedroom is reserved as an owner’s closet. Guests will have full access to the hallway closet during their stay.

• At the end of the hallway, you’ll find Bedroom 2, featuring a Queen and Twin bed, a Roku-enabled TV, plenty of natural light, and a spacious walk-in closet, perfect for your mid-term stay! Bedrooms 1 and 2 share a convenient hallway bathroom with a shower/tub combo, a spacious vanity for getting ready, a toilet, and a small closet for added storage.

• Just off the living and kitchen area at the back of the home, you'll find Bedroom 3, our master Queen suite! This bedroom offers a desk space ideal for remote stays, an ensuite bathroom with His-and-Hers sinks, a tub/shower combo, and a toilet, along with a large walk-in closet and two additional small storage closets. This suite also features private access to the enclosed Florida sunroom patio.

• Step out the back door from the living area into a classic Florida sunroom, thoughtfully designed with stylish décor and plenty of comfortable seating for everyone to relax and unwind. This bright yet shaded space is perfect for enjoying warm summer days while staying cool and comfortable. Just outside the sunroom, you’ll find a private patio featuring sun loungers and a shaded gazebo - the perfect spot for morning coffee, afternoon lounging, or evening relaxation.

• The home offers parking for up to 5 vehicles, depending on the size of your vehicles, with space for 3 in the driveway and 2 in the garage.



Guest Access:

• You’ll receive keyless entry instructions at 4PM CST on the day of your arrival for a smooth, hassle-free check-in.



The Neighborhood:

• Located in a residential area in the heart of old Destin.

• You'll be half a mile from HarborWalk Village - restaurants, live entertainment, and shopping! Enjoy weekly fireworks in the summer.

• You'll be just a short drive from Captain Leonard Park, Clement Taylor Park, and Mattie Kelly Park and Nature Walk. The best spots to catch the sunset!

• Check out Dewey Destin's Seafood and McGuire's Irish Pub during your stay, right down the street!



Getting Around:

• During busy times it can be easier to take an Uber, Lyft, or taxi to avoid dealing with traffic and parking. The town is fairly easy to navigate, as most everything to do is directly off the main road through in either direction!

• Airport Distances:

Destin FL (VPS) - 16 miles

Panama City FL (ECP) - 53 miles

Pensacola FL (PNS) - 51 miles



Other Things to Note:

• Check in time is 4PM CST and checkout time is 10AM CST. These times are important to note, as we can not guarantee any flexibility in arrival or departure as it depends on many factors that are beyond our control (i.e. condition of the home at previous guest departure, maintenance needed, cleaning, guests departing or arriving the same day, seasonality, etc.)

• Our cleaners offer a courtesy supply of LIGHT amenities (a trash bag, roll of toilet paper, paper towels, soap, dish detergent, & laundry soap). We do not stock spices, oils, sunscreen, food storage (Ziplocs, foil, etc.) so please plan accordingly if you'll need these items.

• All linens are provided for your stay. We do provide beach towels for guests to use, as we ask guests to please not use any white towels in these spaces. Any other beach items or beach supplies are not provided or guaranteed.

• Parking is permitted for up to 5 vehicles, in the driveway & garage only.

• Due to this being a residential community, noise ordinances are at 10:00 PM sharp. We do not permit excessive noise, parties, illegal activity, or disturbances at any time.

• We do not host student groups/groups under age 25 at any time. If you book, and it is discovered that your group is under age 25, there will be immediate eviction with no refund provided.
