Right in front of Praia do Fragosinho, this three bedroom apartment is fully equipped and comfortably furnished, giving you the opportunity to wake up every morning to the sound of the ocean and enjoy the magnificent sunsets in Portugal. In addition, you will be a few minutes away from the Casino da Póvoa, the municipal market, and several Golf Clubs and as well as prestigious beaches where you can surf, windsurf, and kite surf!

￫ Building
The apartment is located on the fifth floor of a building with an elevator, garage, and ramp for accessibility.
Due to its location in front of the beach, it's a lively area, so there may be some outside noise.

￫ Bedrooms
The apartment has two suites with a double bed and one bedroom with two single beds.

￫ Living room
The apartment has a living room with a privileged view of the beach, as well as a balcony, dining table and flat screen TV.

￫ Bathrooms
The apartment has two en suite bathrooms with bathtubs and a powder room (bathtub temporarily unavailable).

￫ Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, stove, toaster, kettle and a coffee machine (coffee not included).
Hot water temporarily unavailable in the kitchen.

￫ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.
￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.
￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.
￫ Check-in time starts from 16:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided.
￫ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information.
￫ Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table.
￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
￫ Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee.
￫ For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly consumptions exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.
