The apt is very comfortable but smaller that it seems in the pictures There are only two AC that work as heaters and the coldest days of our stay (there was a snow storm) they stopped working.It was freezing inside the apt and since it happened during weekend days we had to wait until Monday to had it solved. We asked the owner to send us someExtra heaters and didn’t do it That was aweful

Place was clean and in good location, nice view from balcony, although very different than they advertised upfront. Location was about half mile from the L, not one block as they estimated. Surface were clean but furnishings a bit run down. Sofa was worn down to the frame and springs and not something you can sit on. Bed had scratchy, pilled sheets and cheap bedding. Very dorm room feel as apposed to luxury as stated. Bathroom was a good size but again, linens left a lot to be desired. Communication with host was difficult at first with no check information til after our 4pm check in time and VRBO stepped in to help. From there he was responsive via text. Overall, 7/10

The apartment was perfect. Located so close to great food, and wandering finds. The owner/property manager was so quick to respond to anything that came up. Cozy place, perfect for two. Close to the ferry if you desire leaving to Manhattan or other destinations, IF YOU ACTUALLY WANNA LEAVE the neighborhood.
