The outdoor spaces at Casamigos are designed to rival a private resort. From the pool and hot tub to the covered summer kitchen and fire pit, this home offers multiple ways to enjoy coastal living — whether you’re unwinding after a beach day or gathering under the stars.
NEIGHBORHOOD
- Located within the desirable Sugar Sands Community in Mexico Beach.
- Enjoy quiet, uncrowded Bay County beaches with easy access via the community boardwalk.
- Resort-style community pool, perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun.
- Community clubhouse and shared gathering spaces for added convenience.
- Golf cart-friendly community (electric golf carts only; must comply with community guidelines).
- No street-side parking permitted within the community.
- Communal overflow parking available with 50+ designated guest spaces.

- Bringing a pet? Please check with us on size and number limits for pets.
- A strict minimum age requirement for renters is enforced.
- Your reservation includes $400 worth of beach and adventure gear rental! You will be able to shop for bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, beach chairs, umbrellas, or even beach carts. No need to find the rental company, your gear will be delivered to your beach house and will be waiting for your arrival.
- Renters must be at least 25 years old.
- Events that exceed the maximum number of guests or require supervision are not allowed.
- This is a non-smoking property.
- Indulge in a heated pool! Contact us to upgrade to a heated pool. Please note, pool heat will only raise the water temperature 10 degrees above the outside temperature.
*The elevator is residential grade and may occasionally experience disruptions. Our staff will do all we can to repair any issues and get the elevator functional again. However, if an elevator repair tech/Company is needed repair times can extend several days due to our remote location. If you have someone in your party with mobility issues please plan accordingly as this amenity cannot be guaranteed.
