About this house rental
Comfortable and warm house for stays of 6/7 people in an exceptional natural setting. Perched on the heights of the village of Monneaux, the view is breathtaking on the surrounding mountains. Here, at an altitude of 1200m, in the heart of the Massif du Sancy, you will be ideally located to discover the wonders of the Auvergne Volcanoes Park, only 10 min. from Lake Chambon for walks and water activities, 25 min. from the resorts of Super-Besse or Mont Dore to enjoy winter sports. Many hiking trails start at the foot of the house. Many waterfalls to discover as well as breathtaking views.
Restaurants are within walking distance.
In summer, you are a stone's throw from the long-distance race.
The house is organized as such, on the first floor:
- 1 friendly open living room-kitchen integrating a wood stove, with two beautiful bay windows to enjoy the exceptional view
- 1 master suite (double bed) with en-suite shower room
- 1 separate toilet
- 1 pantry/laundry room equipped (washing machine, storage)
Upstairs:
- 1 bedroom with double bed
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (which can be used as a double bed)
- 1 cosy games area/library, equipped with a double futon that can accommodate 1 person in addition
- 1 bathroom with large bathtub and double sink + WC
The view is magnificent and unobstructed from all the windows of the house!
Outside, a private parking lot that can accommodate up to 3 cars.
A panoramic terrace allowing lunches in the sun with a view and evenings admiring the stars!
Finally, a beautiful private garden of 900m2.
