Your home away from home in Sun City Festival with 3 bedrooms. This peaceful house features a king bed, a queen bed, and a futon, perfect for families. Guests can refresh in one of the two bathrooms. The master bath features a shower, and the guest bath has a tub/shower combination. The tranquil atmosphere invites you to unwind after a day of exploring. Whether you’re enjoying a quiet morning or an evening gathering, the enchanting space feels just right. It offers a private walled backyard with a Gazebo and fire pit. Sun City Festival offers two community pools and two gyms. There are also Bocce ball and Pickleball courts available. A community activity card can be bought for $100 each with a 30-day or longer stay.
