About this apartment rental
A quiet, central location on a residential-only street with no through traffic. From here, you can reach several supermarkets, bakeries, and an outdoor and indoor swimming pool in about a 5-minute walk, and the banks of the Moselle in 10 minutes. Directly across from our house begins a vast forested area offering a variety of hiking trails to the Kues Plateau, the local spa park, or the Kues vineyards. Downtown Bernkastel is just a 20-minute walk away.
From the living room and the terrace, you have a beautiful view of the vineyards on the opposite bank of the Moselle.
This high-quality, modern, and newly furnished vacation rental is located on the lower mezzanine level of our single-family home. It features a separate entrance and its own garden area with a covered terrace. The apartment is equipped with a fully furnished kitchen, a large living room with a TV, a modern bathroom with a shower, and two bedrooms (1 with a double bed, 1 with a single bed). Bicycles can be stored in the garage; charging facilities are available.
Pets and dogs are not allowed in the apartment; smoking is not permitted inside!
The apartment is not wheelchair accessible.

This high-quality, modern, and newly furnished vacation rental is located on the lower mezzanine level of our single-family home. It features a separate entrance and its own garden area with a covered patio. The apartment is equipped with a fully furnished kitchen, a large living room with a TV, a modern bathroom with a shower, and two bedrooms (1 with a double bed, 1 with a single bed). Bicycles can be stored in the garage; charging facilities are available.
On-site costs: Guest tax: The town of Bernkastel-Kues charges a guest tax. You will receive the corresponding guest card from your host. Information about the fee and the discounts you receive with the guest card can be found at: https://www.bernkastel.de/gaestekarte A 30% prepayment is charged after booking. The remaining balance is due on-site in cash. Cancellations made up to 60 days before arrival are free of charge; cancellations made between 60 and 30 days before arrival will be charged at 50% of the total cost; cancellations within 30 days of arrival will be charged 100% of the total cost. Cancellation fees will only be charged if the apartment cannot be rented to another guest. Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Check-out is between 10:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Please contact us in advance to make arrangements. Keys will be handed over in person on site. Pets, including dogs and cats, are not allowed. A visitor’s tax of €1.70 per person per night will be charged on site. Other applicable fees: none
