    I stay in the Hermitage whenever its available when ai stay in Prague. Its a great location, (a little out if the tourist area, so less crowds but minutes on a tram to charles bridge) , good sized rooms , spotless clean and very attentive staff . I have never had an issue. Its rue its slightly more expensive that the run of the mill other hotels ( which are adequate) but if you want no drama, and the comfort of knowing what you will get , this is for you

    We've stayed in Prague numerous times and we really got lucky with this hotel this time. Been here for just 24 hours but what a wonderful hotel. Efficient helpful check in, nice room, elegant hotel facilities and the breakfast must rate as one of the best anywhere in Prague. Prices are little higher over the Christmas period but still incredible value for money. We will certainly stay here again - hopefully in the summer! Thank you Hermitage Hotel!

    The hotel cleanliness is not great. We had insects biting us. Moreover, no charges of water were mentioned in the bar menu but we were charged £18 for 6 bottles of a litre each which did seem a rip off as there is a Tesco downstairs which sells water for 25pence a bottle. They could have mentioned in the bar menu or made it clear at check in. I have been to plenty of places and 2 bottles of water per night of stay is a standard thing 4*hotles would supply.
