My apartment is located in the very heart of the capital. In a central and vibrant neighborhood, it's halfway between the Opéra Garnier, the department stores (Galeries Lafayette), and Place de la République. It's the perfect place for a successful Parisian stay with family or friends.
The Space:
40 m² apartment on the 1st floor (no elevator), comprising:
- Living room with a sofa bed
- Wi-Fi and smart TV
- Fully equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, stovetop, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine) and dining area with table
- Bedroom with a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom (no toilet)
- Bathroom in the living room
- 1 separate toilet
The cleaning fee includes changing the bed linen and towels for each person and is provided by a professional housekeeper.
