This modern 4-bedroom, 3-bath new build offers comfort, style, and space for families, golf groups, or couples traveling together. Clean lines, quality finishes, and an open layout make it easy to relax from the moment you arrive.
Max Occupancy 12 persons (includes adults/children of all ages) at all times.
Sleeping arrangements include:
• Primary suite with king bed
• Two guest bedrooms with queen beds
• Fourth bedroom with two twin beds — perfect for kids or extra guests
The primary suite is a true retreat, featuring a spa-like en suite bathroom with a stunning walk-in shower and a freestanding soaking tub — ideal for unwinding after a day on the course or exploring Mesquite.
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and generous counter space, opening seamlessly into the living and dining areas for easy gathering and entertaining. Every space reflects the freshness and comfort of a new build, with thoughtful details throughout.
Located in the desirable New Horizon community, you’re just minutes from Falcon Ridge Golf Course, local dining, shopping, and Mesquite’s signature desert scenery — while still enjoying a peaceful residential setting.
Guest Access & Important Information
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire property. Self check-in is easy and secure with a personalized door code provided prior to arrival.
A rental agreement will be sent to the email address used at the time of booking and must be completed within 5 days to confirm your reservation.
The home is ground level, however if you have specific accessibility needs, please contact us prior to booking so we can ensure the space is a good fit.
Additional details to note:
TVs are provided in all bedrooms, plus an outdoor TV
TVs are equipped with streaming apps — please plan to log in with your own account credentials
Coffee makers included: Keurig + traditional drip
(Coffee is not provided)
Stays longer than 28 days may incur additional cleaning charges
