The villa is spread over several levels and features two independent entrances, offering smooth circulation and great flexibility.

Upper Level – Independent Main Entrance & Sleeping Area

On this level, you will also find three bedrooms:
• Bedroom 1: 180 cm bed with private shower room
• Bedroom 2: 180 cm bed
• Bedroom 3 (children): bunk bed (single bed on top, double bed below), suitable for up to 3 children

Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a family bathroom with a bathtub, shower, and double vanity.

Lower Level – Living Areas & Outdoor Access

The second entrance is located on the lower level, leading you into the heart of the home:

For added convenience, the property features two separate entrances as well as several parking spaces.

Check-in is conducted in person to welcome you and hand over the keys.

• Check-in is from 4:00 PM
• Access and entry instructions will be sent to you prior to your arrival

**Check-out**
• Check-out is before 10:00 AM
• Please remember to:
• Leave the dishes clean
• Take out the trash
• Turn off lights and air conditioning
• Close all doors and windows

2. Access & Parking

• Parking is permitted only in the designated spaces
• Access to the property includes an unpaved dirt road for the last few meters, which is not suitable for very low vehicles

3. House Rules (Reminder)

• Non-smoking property indoors
• Parties and events are not allowed
• Quiet hours must be respected between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM
• Maximum capacity: 8 adults and 3 children
• Pets are not allowed (unless prior agreement)

4. Pool Use

• Private-use swimming pool
• Children must be supervised at all times
• Running around the pool is strictly prohibited
• Please close the safety gate after use
• Pool use is at guests’ own responsibility

5. Air Conditioning & Heating

• Please use the air conditioning responsibly
• Keep doors and windows closed when the AC is on
• Turn off the AC when leaving the villa during the day

6. Kitchen & Appliances

• Fully equipped kitchen (SMEG)
• Please use the extractor hood while cooking, clean appliances after use, and do not dispose of grease or solid waste in the sink

7. Barbecue & Outdoor Areas

• Use the barbecue only in dry weather
• Never leave the barbecue unattended
• Clean the grill after use
• Please respect the outdoor furniture

8. Leisure & Equipment

• Table football, ping-pong table, and pétanque court must be used with care
• Please store all equipment after use

9. Waste & Recycling

• Please respect waste sorting rules
• Take out the trash according to the provided instructions

10. Safety & Responsibility

• Close all doors and windows when leaving the villa
• In case of lost keys, replacement costs (keys, travel, and if necessary, lock replacement) will be charged to the guests
• The owner and the concierge decline all responsibility in case of loss or theft
