About this house rental
Our holiday home "Quai 22" is located on the Quai du Tréport and offers a breathtaking view of the entrance to the port, its fishing boats and the cliffs of Mers les Bains.
We have a room on the first floor.
Ideally located near shops, restaurants and the beach.

This is a recently renovated former fisherman's house (88m2) rated 3 stars which has 3 levels and can accommodate up to 6 people.
Wifi (Fiber) is available.
- Ground Floor:
The living room includes a lounge area with flat screen TV and a stereo.
The kitchen is equipped with a sink, an induction hob, an oven, a hood, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, microwave, refrigerator, Nespresso machine and coffee maker. Also at your disposal are pots, pans, a Dutch oven, glasses and cutlery.
The kitchen also serves as a dining room with table, chairs and storage furniture.
Leading into the kitchen is an airlock that provides access to a bathroom, a bedroom and an outdoor courtyard. The bathroom has a shower (120 x 80 cm), a sink, a heated towel rail, a toilet and a washing machine.
The bedroom has a bed (160 x 200 cm), a wardrobe.
The courtyard can be used to store bicycles and gives access to a closed lean-to equipped with a dryer.
- 1st floor:
The landing includes a cupboard. It gives access to a bedroom, a bathroom and a terrace.
The room has a bed (160 x 200 cm), a wardrobe, a TV.
The bathroom has a shower (90 x 90 cm), sink, heated towel rail, WC.
The south-facing terrace (18 m2) allows sunbathing out of sight. It is equipped with a table and 6 chairs.

This is a bedroom with 1 bed (160x200cm), a wardrobe, a flat TV and a closed toilet with sink.
