Maximum Occupancy is 8 Adults over 13 and 4 Kids under 13.

Commercial activities and video recording for commercial purposes are strictly prohibited on the premises.
The payment of a standard $1,000 security deposit will be required prior to your arrival. If the booking is for local residents, there will be an additional deposit required. If you book within 7 days, there will be an additional deposit. The additional deposit is $500 for houses with 5 bedrooms or less and $1000 for houses that have more than 5 bedrooms. Security deposits can`t be paid via Credit card.
