    The room and facilities were excellent. However, check-in took an hour because my reservation name (nickname) didn’t match my passport. As a hotel receptionist myself, I understand the need for verification, but keeping guests waiting for an hour when all email details matched felt excessive. In the end, they blamed a system issue and required a 1,000 cash-only deposit to let us check in.

    I booked this hotel two weeks in advance through Agoda and still arrived to be told there was no room available for me. Completely unacceptable. The staff were visibly drunk, extremely unfriendly, and shockingly rude. One staff member actually laughed at me and told me to sleep in the lobby. Instead of trying to help or find a solution, they were dismissive and unprofessional, showing zero concern for a confirmed booking. No apology, no assistance, no alternatives offered. I was left in a stressful situation late in the day with no room, despite having paid and planned ahead. This is not just bad service, it’s a total lack of basic hospitality and responsibility. I do not recommend this hotel at all. If you value reliability, respect, and professionalism, look elsewhere.
