    It was a very clean and comfortable hotel. Their hot springs bath was beautiful and also very clean. We could book the bath privately for one hour in the evening and once again in the morning. For a couple or a family who likes to bath together it was great. The room bed was very comfortable and the TV had all the apps anyone could want such as YouTube and Netflix.

    Good place to stay to explore the Mt Fuji lakes area. Hotel in a lovely location but up a steep hill so you need a cab or car to go to/ from. Hotel itself is looking tired and in need of a refresh. Most facilities closed . Staff were excellent and happy to help in everything

    They have helpful staff and friendly owner! Their hotel provides private onsen. 👍 do try out their cafe at other side of the lake. It has the best view of Mount Fuji!
