Stay in our blissful villa, a perfect haven for groups looking for both adventure and relaxation. Nestled in the heart of the Salt Lake Valley, we`re a mere 40-minute drive from six world-class ski resorts like Brighton, Snowbird, Alta, Solitude, Deer Valley, and Park City. But the adventures don`t stop at skiing; we`re also conveniently located near stunning trailheads, the vibrant downtown, and Utah`s top-notch restaurants.
Our fully renovated home boasts a wide-open living room where your entire group can lounge on the spacious couch. Dive into any movie or show on our 70` UHDTV. Share memorable meals around our 8-person dining table or the kitchen island that comfortably seats four.
For those who love games, our first floor offers a game room complete with a regulation-size ping pong table and a cozy couch. If your group has multiple chefs or needs a lot of kitchen space, you`re in luck with our two fully-equipped kitchens.
Planning to mix work with leisure? We`ve got you covered with two work-from-home setups, complete with monitors and charging pads.
Outdoor Delights:
After a day of activity, unwind in our 8-person hot tub nestled under a picturesque grape vineyard, complete with ambient lighting for those chilly winter nights. And if you visit during the spring or summer, you might be lucky enough to taste fresh fruits from our property, including green grapes, cherries, plums, pears, and apples. As the day draws to a close, soak in the breathtaking sunset from our wrap-around porch, offering a tranquil setting to reflect and relax.

Guest Courtesy Guidelines
-No Parties Allowed: We have a strict no-party policy. Guests found hosting a party will be asked to vacate the property immediately.
-Neighborhood Courtesy: Please be considerate of our neighbors at all times.
-Evening Quiet Hours: Our outdoor quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am. Hot tub use is not permitted after 10 pm; please continue your evening indoors.
-Parking: Please limit vehicle parking to a maximum of four cars.
-Guest Numbers: If you intend to have additional guests beyond the number specified in your reservation, kindly inform the host beforehand.
-Indoor Footwear Policy: To protect our floors, ski boots are not to be worn inside the house.
-No Subletting or Incidental Camping: Our property cannot be sublet or used for temporary camping. This includes the use of tents, decks, trailers, or RVs for overnight stays on the property.
-Prohibition of Special Events: Organizing events like weddings, corporate gatherings, or commercial activities is not permitted on the premises.
