About this house rental
The Domaine du Brucou is spread over about 6 hectares of magnificent agricultural land and forests. The entrance to the cottage opens onto an open space with equipped kitchen / living / dining room, all overlooked by a large living room / bar on the mezzanine (videoproj/billiards).
On the first floor, 2 bedrooms (queen size bed) with private bathroom, 1 toilet, 1 laundry room (washing machine, dryer). Upstairs, 3 bedrooms (double bed), 1 bedroom (single bed), 1 bedroom (3 single beds, baby bed), 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets.
Other remarks
the 5-seater outdoor spa/jacuzzi is accessible for an additional 200€ (per stay). This is to cover the water change and the complete cleaning of the spa between each tenant. Please let us know in advance if you wish to have access to the spa. Payment must be made the week before your arrival.
