Walking distance to Brown University, RISD, and commercial districts (Thayer, Hope St). A ten-minute drive to downtown and the Providence train station (MBTA, Amtrak). An easy 30-40 minute drive to Newport and beaches.
This 3-story home features an open-concept kitchen/living room and dining room that seats 10. The kitchen is fully equipped and great for cooking. Five (5) bedrooms with an additional pullout bed on the first floor. Desk space for working.
Off-street parking for three cars with additional daytime parking in front of the house.
Enjoy a fully-fenced back and side yard with a fire pit, bbq, playset, and outdoor seating. A great front porch for morning coffee.

Bathrooms are stocked with bath towels, hand towels, hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
Wi-fi and streaming TV.
Radiator heating and mini-split cooling systems on all levels.

This is our primary residence, not a dedicated rental. Guests can expect a comfortable, historic, and well-appointed home, rather than a minimalist or hotel-style experience.
The home is ideal for school-aged children, but it may not be well-suited for infants or toddlers. There are stairs and open areas, with no baby gates or childproofing.
This is a quiet, residential neighborhood. The home is not suitable for big events or late-night gatherings.
