* The apartment features two bedrooms:
- the first with a double bed, air conditioning, and access to the balcony
- the second with two single beds, a desk, and air conditioning
The bathroom is modern and equipped with a shower, bidet, washbasin with mirror and cabinet, washing machine and dryer, hairdryer, and essential bathroom amenities.
The kitchen and living room are designed as an open-plan space.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, Nespresso capsule machine, kettle, dishwasher, and all necessary cookware and tableware.
The living area includes a dining table with chairs, a sofa bed, coffee table, Smart TV, air conditioning, and access to a spacious balcony.
The balcony is furnished with a table and chairs, two sun loungers, and a parasol – perfect for relaxing, enjoying breakfast outdoors, or spending pleasant evenings.

Valica is a quiet and pleasant area, ideal for relaxing away from the crowds while still being close to all amenities. Kanegra Beach, with its crystal-clear sea, is just a few minutes away by car. Umag, with its restaurants, bars, shops, and seaside promenades, is easily accessible. The area is perfect for walking, cycling, and exploring the coastline.
*The registration fee of €7 per person must be paid in cash on the day of arrival.
*Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment and building, only on the balcony or outside.
* We ask our kind guests:
- to respect the neighbors and to behave calmly and discreetly, especially at night or during the afternoon rest,
- for safety reasons, to turn off the air conditioning, the washing machine and the dishwasher when they are not in the accommodation,
- to use the equipment of the accommodation with caution,
- to leave the containers empty and to wash the cutlery and kitchen utensils used,
- to declare to the owner any damage caused, and that after a careful assessment of the damage, the owner will request payment of the costs in cash before departure,
- to indicate the expected departure time one day before departure to agree on the delivery of the keys.
* The accommodation must be vacated by 10.00 am on the last day of stay.
