Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire 2-level townhome and a private balcony. Shared community amenities include an outdoor heated pool, hot tub, and fitness center. Guests may also use the shared clubhouse located on the 2nd floor, which features a pool table, ping pong table, and a full kitchen. A private ski locker is available across the hall from the unit.



The Neighborhood:

Located in the heart of Mountain Village, this neighborhood offers a sophisticated and peaceful alpine atmosphere. The area is a haven for outdoor enthusiasts, featuring world-class skiing and snowboarding in the winter, and endless hiking and mountain biking trails during the summer months.



Just a short distance away, the Mountain Village Center provides a variety of high-end boutiques, gourmet dining options, and vibrant après-ski spots. The iconic gondola offers a scenic, free ride between Mountain Village and the historic town of Telluride, allowing you to experience the best of both mountain destinations.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended for exploring the broader Telluride region, though not strictly necessary for local activities. Our property is located on a free bus and shuttle line, providing easy transport throughout Mountain Village. Additionally, the free pedestrian gondola is a short distance away, offering seamless access to downtown Telluride. The home features true ski-in/ski-out access for effortless days on the slopes.



Other Things to Note:

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts’ opening and closing dates.



Please note that like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C.



The shared hot tub and pool is currently being replaced and is scheduled to be completed by Summer 2026.



Please note the Gondola/Chondola may be closed seasonally.
