The space
Enjoy a cozy, private stay in a comfortable space with a modern bathroom and relaxing atmosphere. Located in a quiet neighborhood just 15 minutes from downtown, 5 minutes from North DeKalb Mall, and 2 minutes from JJ’s Fish & Chicken. Guests also have access to a shared pool for added relaxation. Perfect for a peaceful and convenient stay.
Guest access
Guests will have private access to the bedroom and private bathroom during their stay. The space is fully separated for your comfort and privacy. Shared areas, if any, are limited to entry access only. Please respect all designated private or restricted areas of the property. You will be told where the key is after booking
Other things to note
House Rules & Important Info
• No smoking anywhere on the property. A $500 fee will be charged for smoking
• No pets allowed.
• No unauthorized guests. Each additional guest will be charged $75 per night.
• A $250 cleaning fee will be applied if the space is left excessively dirty or damaged.
• Check-out is at 11:00 AM. Any stay past 12:00 PM will result in an additional night’s charge and removal from the property.
• Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request for an additional fee.
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM on weekdays and 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM on weekends. No loud music or disturbances.
• Please park only in your assigned parking space.
• Lost or unreturned keys will result in a $100 replacement fee.
• Please notify us in advance if you need to use the laundry area.
• Failure to follow these rules may result in immediate removal from the property without refund.
We are not responsible for anything left behind please look over your space to make sure you have everything.
