The 3-bedroom Loft is a luxurious two-story residence featuring high ceilings and spacious rooms.

• includes 16 free rounds of golf, 2 free massages and complementary use of gym, spa, tennis courts and internet
• first floor: gourmet kitchen, breakfast bar, dining table, living room with TV area, bedroom with king-size bed, 2 bathrooms (1 Jacuzzi tub), laundry room (washer and dryer).
• second floor: TV area, bedroom with two double beds, bathroom with shower, bedroom with king-size bed, bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub.
• private terrace: plunge pool, dining table, daybed, and armchairs.

PRESIDENTIAL VILLA/PUNTA
This 3-bedroom Presidential Villa is a wonderful escape to Nuevo Vallarta.

• located in Punta building - closest to the beach and Grand Luxxe pools
• lock-off unit with adjoining doors and two separate entrances
