Welcome to the "Amia Tulum" condo. In this bright and pleasant accommodation, you’ll enjoy a ground-floor apartment next to the pool, designed with all our love to make you feel right at home. It features 2 bedrooms—one with a king-size bed and one with 2 single beds—2 full bathrooms, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, and common areas that will be exclusively yours for the time being, including the pool, hot tub, sun deck, and parking.
The Accommodation:
The master bedroom features a king-size bed, a private bathroom with a hair dryer, a closet, and a TV with Apple TV; a second bedroom with two single beds, a closet, and access to a skylight in case you want to wash and hang your swimsuits or towels after returning from the beach or spending time in the pool.
The decor was created by local artisans and will immerse you in the atmosphere of Tulum, where you’ll find a dining area for 4 people, a second bathroom, a bar with stools, and a full kitchen equipped with all the necessary cooking utensils and appliances, including a microwave, coffee maker, juicer, and blender.
Enjoy the jungle climate; expect a few leaves in the pool and hot tub, both of which were built using the native material “Chukum,” preserving the trees and helping you feel relaxed in this natural setting.
The upper level features a terrace where you can enjoy time with friends and family—relax, soak up some sun, or enjoy a meal outdoors. It also includes a bar and grill in case you’d like to barbecue.
Guest Access:
Upon arrival, a host will greet you at the entrance, give you the keys, and walk you through the apartment.
There is a fee for replacing lost keys.
Our host will be there for you throughout your entire stay. Relax in this accommodation where tranquility is in the air.

The apartment is brand new, the first to be completed in the “Amia Tulum” condominium, as are its common areas, designed for your comfort and relaxation with a touch of jungle-inspired elements. Since it’s the only apartment, you’ll be able to enjoy all the facilities privately.
The condominium features a Wellness Studio where you can boost your energy and well-being by engaging in some physical activity, taking one of the classes offered by the fitness studio, personalized training, or yoga. There is an additional fee for this space; ask your host if you’re interested.
There’s also a Cosmetology Studio next door where you can pamper your skin with one of the facial treatments offered by the studio. There is an additional charge for this space; ask your host if you’re interested.
Getting Around:
The Amia Tulum Condominium has on-site parking where you can leave your vehicle and travel just a 15-minute drive to the nearest white-sand beaches, 8 minutes to beautiful cenotes, and 5 minutes to restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and shopping areas.
If you don’t have a car, ride-hailing apps are available in the area, such as EIBY—similar to Uber, which displays the fare, driver, and trip tracking—as well as inDrive, which allows you to negotiate the fare, similar to Didi.
