About this house rental

Spacious, beautifully updated, pet-friendly home just a few minutes from Lambeau Field and the Resch Center. Relax in cozy bedrooms and updated bathrooms, or start your day at the coffee bar. The fully stocked kitchen and dining/coffee space make entertaining easy. Enjoy the bright and peaceful sunroom, step into the backyard for grilling and fun games, or head to the basement entertainment area for movies, games, and more. Bathroom 1: Full bathroom with bathtub on the main level, stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. A hair dryer is also provided.

Bathroom 2: Full bathroom with stand-up tile shower located in the finished basement, stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

Bring out your inner chef in the fully stocked kitchen using pots & pans, cooking utensils, baking trays, and baking dishes.

Starter supply of paper towels, dishwasher pods, dish soap and toilet paper are provided!

Enjoy your morning beverage of choice at the coffee and tea bar! A Keurig and a 12 cup coffee maker are available; we provide a starter set of ground coffee, k-cups, tea, creamer, sugar and stevia!

Laundry is available on site; the washer and dryer are located in the basement. For your convenience, both laundry detergent and wool dryer balls are stocked! An iron and ironing board are also available.

$250 pet fee includes up to 2 dogs. Additional or unauthorized pets will result in an additional $250 per animal. Pet owners must clean up the property after taking their pet outside. A $25 fee will be applied to reservations that require additional cleaning outside after pets.

Guests have access to the entire home and exterior property space, with the exception of locked closets.

We are available as needed for guests! You can message us through Airbnb or reach out directly to the phone number provided after booking. Guests will be provided a unique entry keycode for keyless check-in and check-out at their convenience.

Located on Langlade Ave, just a 3-minute drive to Lambeau Field and the Resch Center!

Parking: 3 vehicles can park in driveway. No overnight street parking is permitted per city ordinance.

The grill is located outside the garage and grill utensils are located in the kitchen. An extra propane tank is located in the garage. Please let us know if you empty one of the tanks so we can replace the backup after checkout. Please clean the grill after use. A $25 fee will be applied if the cleaning team needs to clean the grill, as this is not part of their routine house cleaning.

If a guest is under the age of 25, or if most of their group is under the age of 25, they may be required to submit photo IDs of everyone in the group and pay a security deposit for the booking to be approved.

- Up to 2 dogs allowed per booking with a $250 pet fee, no other pets allowed unless otherwise approved. Additional or unauthorized pets will result in an additional $250 per animal. Pet owners must clean up the property after taking their pet outside. A $25 fee will be applied to reservations that require additional cleaning outside after pets.
- A $150 charge applies for lost backup keys.
- Please clean the grill after use. A $25 fee will be applied if the cleaning team needs to clean the grill, as this is not part of their routine house cleaning.
- No smoking, including vaping, is allowed in the home. A penalty of $500 will be applied if found smoking inside the house.
- No candles or open flames allowed in the home.
- Please close and lock all windows and doors when you leave the home.
- Please be respectful of neighbors when using outside spaces, music and noise should be kept to a minimum after 9pm and before 8am.
- Property has exterior cameras for security of guests and property. Cameras capture 360 degree views of exterior property including front door and yard, back door and yard, side yards, garage and driveway areas. Recording occurs 24/7. No exterior cameras can view any interior spaces. No interior cameras. Tampering or disabling of cameras can result in immediate termination of the reservation.

- Please remove your shoes when in the home.
- Check-out is at 10am unless a late check-out has been previously approved. Check-out past 10am may result in a late check-out fee of $50 per hour if this results in the cleaning team waiting for guest to check-out.
- Please report any problems or issues immediately so we can address these during your stay. Refunds will not be issued after check-out for any problems or issues that were not reported during the stay.
- Any violation of Airbnb terms of service or house rules may result in immediate termination of the reservation.
