    Very bad breakfast. Location is superb. Rooms has jacuzzi which is great. Buggy is required from one place to another that takes a lot of time. Average for the price

    Everything is too good. The only thing I felt a bit drawback was the food prices. It’s quite expensive. Would also suggest to take some fruits, snacks along with you. Apart from this everything is exceptional. Recommend.

    We visited this resort with family and were quite disappointed. Despite being marketed as a 5-star property, the overall experience felt closer to a 3–4 star hotel at best, with the location being its strongest point. The service and management were poor, with staff appearing inadequately trained. Since the pathways are quite steep, guests often rely on buggies to get around, but we experienced waits of up to 30 minutes. The food was another letdown—breakfast had a limited spread, and both the quality and selection felt below expectations. The high tea was equally underwhelming. Hygiene standards were particularly concerning. After dinner, we had to keep used plates outside our room overnight because the food smell would have been unpleasant inside the room. We saw dogs licking those plates, and despite informing reception, they were not cleared until the following afternoon. Common washrooms near the restaurant and reception were also poorly maintained and unclean. Overall, the resort felt significantly overpriced and did not deliver the standards, service, or hygiene expected from a 5-star property.
